Mother's Breakthrough
Mother's Breakthrough provides individualized case management and support for mothers navigating life's challenges. We connect women with community resources, advocacy, referrals, and personalized action plans that promote stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success for themselves and their families.
Action Ed
Action Ed equips students and young adults with the resources and guidance needed to achieve their educational and career goals. Services include college and career readiness, workforce development, academic planning, mentorship, and support in preparing for future success.
