Women Beyond Measures Inc. empowers women, families, and communities to overcome adversity and build lives beyond their challenges. Through compassion, connection, and practical support, we provide emotional, mental, and social empowerment offering the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to move from struggle to stability.

Our mission is to walk alongside individuals navigating life transitions and systemic barriers, helping them rediscover their strength, purpose, and power beyond measure.

Women can do it all, but no one should have to do it alone. At Women Beyond Measures, we believe in collective strength. Together, we rise stronger, wiser, and ready to create lasting, generational change.

Our History

Women Beyond Measures Inc. officially became a nonprofit organization in Delaware on September 23, 2024, with one clear purpose: to make resources, guidance, and support accessible to women, families, and communities from all walks of life.

The organization was born from a deeply personal journey. After becoming a mother, our founder, Alondra Anderson-Hardin, witnessed firsthand the importance of strong support systems and accessible resources during life’s most vulnerable transitions. Motivated by her own experiences, she envisioned a community that extended beyond motherhood one where women and families, regardless of background or circumstance, could find encouragement, tools, and hope.

At Women Beyond Measures, we understand that hardship can bring individuals to their lowest points, but it does not have to define their future. Through education, mentorship, and holistic support, we empower women and families to rebuild confidence, restore stability, and thrive.
We believe every story holds power, every struggle can be transformed into strength, and every woman deserves the opportunity to live a life beyond measure.

Women Beyond Measures provides a secure and respectful environment where participants can share their experiences with trust and confidence. All personal information and engagement with our organization remain private and are never shared.

Connection & Community

Women Beyond Measures primarily provides virtual services throughout Delaware, including New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties. Our online platform allows us to serve clients statewide and extend support to neighboring states, while also offering in-person options for those who prefer face-to-face engagement within each county.

Our programs include virtual workshops, wellness initiatives, and supportive services designed to empower women wherever they are. By leveraging technology and community partnerships, we foster meaningful connection and ensure that every woman. no matter her location has access to the resources she needs to thrive.
