Women Beyond Measures was founded in 2022 and officially became a nonprofit organization in 2024 with one purpose in mind to make resources, guidance, and support easily accessible for all.
The organization was born from a deeply personal journey. After becoming a mother, our founder, Alondra Anderson-Hardin, saw firsthand how vital it is for women and those in our community to have strong support systems and practical resources during life’s transitions. With her experience becoming a mother, she set out to build something that would reach beyond motherhood a community where everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, could find the tools and encouragement to rise again.
At Women Beyond Measures, we understand that hardships can bring us to our lowest, but they do not have to keep us there. Our mission is to empower women and families to overcome challenges, rebuild confidence, and thrive through education, mentorship, and holistic support.
We believe that every story has power, every struggle can be transformed into strength, and every woman can live a life beyond measure.
