Women Beyond Measures is more than a nonprofit, we are a growing movement in Delaware committed to strengthening women and families at every stage of life. Through structured case management, maternal support, workforce development, health and wellness initiatives, and year-round empowerment programming through SheThrives365, we provide practical tools that create real, lasting change. Supporting families across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties, helping women move from survival to stability and into sustainable success.

Our History:
Women Beyond Measures Inc. officially became a nonprofit organization in Delaware on September 23, 2024, with one clear purpose: to make structured support, resources, and guidance accessible to women and families across the state.
The organization was born from a deeply personal journey. After becoming a mother, our founder, Alondra Anderson-Hardin, experienced firsthand the importance of strong support systems during life’s most vulnerable transitions. Motivated by her own experiences and professional background in social services, she envisioned a community that extended beyond motherhood one where women and families from all walks of life could access encouragement, accountability, and practical tools for growth.
Today, Women Beyond Measures provides case management, workforce development support, maternal programming, mentorship, and empowerment initiatives serving women and families throughout New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties.

Connection & Community:
Women Beyond Measures primarily provides virtual services throughout Delaware, including New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties. Our virtual platform allows us to serve clients statewide while also offering in-person programming and events within each county.
Our programs include virtual workshops, wellness initiatives, case management services, and workforce development support designed to empower women and families wherever they are. By leveraging technology and community partnerships, we ensure that every woman and family regardless of location has access to meaningful support and opportunity.
