Alondra Anderson-Hardin is a devoted woman of faith, a proud wife, and the loving mother of two beautiful children under the age of three. Grounded in her identity as a child of God, Alondra leads with grace, strength, and compassion in every area of her life.
With over a decade of experience in the social services field and academic training in mental health and psychology, she brings both professional expertise and lived wisdom to the work she does. Currently pursuing her Master of Social Work, Alondra is continuously expanding her capacity to serve, advocate, and empower others particularly women and families navigating complex life challenges.
She is the founder of Women Beyond Measures, a nonprofit organization devoted to helping women heal and thrive through life’s hardships. Through case management, mental health support, job readiness, and community programs, Alondra's vision is clear: to walk alongside women on their journey from survival to purpose.
In addition, she launched Harmony & Royalty Grazing Co., a creative business that celebrates beauty, hospitality, and intentional gathering. Whether she’s leading a workshop, speaking to a crowd, or mentoring a young woman one-on-one, Alondra operates with a heart for service and a passion for transformation.

Celeste Mallory is a devoted mother of six, a kidney transplant recipient, and a passionate advocate for women navigating life's unexpected challenges. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, she brings both clinical insight and deep empathy to every conversation, program, and space she’s part of.
Celeste's personal journey including her experience with chronic illness and receiving the gift of life through organ donation has fueled her calling to support and uplift women, especially those facing overwhelming odds. Her message is simple but powerful: life can happen to anyone, but no one has to face it alone.
Through her work and her voice, Celeste continues to be a light to others offering strength, compassion, and a reminder that healing and hope are always within reach.

Raised by a strong and resilient mother, he witnessed firsthand the silent battles many women endure. Betzaida Orengo is the visionary behind Her Legacy Dove Foundation, a faith-driven nonprofit committed to helping women and children overcome adversity and step into purpose-filled lives. Having walked through seasons of homelessness, trauma, and financial hardship herself, Betzaida now stands as a beacon of hope offering practical support, spiritual encouragement, and community resources to those navigating life’s toughest challenges.
In addition to her nonprofit work, she is the founder of Your Legacy Marketer, where she empowers small businesses, nonprofits, and personal brands to grow with authenticity and impact. Through powerful storytelling, brand clarity, and digital strategy, Betzaida helps her clients build legacies that resonate and endure.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Amira Martin brings deep expertise and a strong sense of purpose to her role as a Sales Producer and Client Executive at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), which she joined in 2024. Her work centers on driving business growth, building and maintaining lasting client relationships, and delivering customized retirement plan solutions that align with effective risk management and long-term success.
Amira began her journey of service in 1997 when she enlisted in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller Apprentice a role that honed her ability to perform under pressure with precision and discipline. While still in uniform, she pivoted into financial management, earning the Distinguished Graduate award in 1999. Her post-military career took her to the private sector, where she quickly advanced to Director of Retirement Plan Services, designing strategies to empower plan sponsors in making informed fiduciary decisions. She later served as a Retirement Benefits Specialist, managing a hospital network’s retirement plans before returning to client advisory with a renewed commitment to advocacy and partnership.
A recognized leader in her field, Amira was honored as a Top Woman Advisor in 2023 and named a Woman of Excellence by NAPA in 2024. Her professional credentials reflect her deep commitment to excellence and ethical responsibility, including the Series 65 license, CPFA® (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor), AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary), and a Life & Health Producer license in the state of Delaware.
