The Action Ed Program at Women Beyond Measures focuses on providing women with the resources and support they need to find meaningful employment, build their careers, and support their families. Funding raised through events like Bag Bingo and Brunch will directly contribute to this program, ensuring women receive the support they need in this area of their life. Funding will go to:

60% - Career Training and Education: This portion will go toward providing women with the necessary skills, certifications, and resources needed to succeed in their chosen fields. This includes workshops, seminars, and access to online training platforms.

25% - Job Placement and Career Support: Funds will be used to connect women with potential employers, offer career coaching, resume-building assistance, and interview preparation to help women successfully land employment opportunities.

10% - Family Support Services: A portion of the funding will be dedicated to helping women provide for their families, which may include childcare assistance, transportation subsidies, or other essential support that enables women to participate in training and employment.

5% - Administrative and Operational Costs: This will cover necessary operational expenses to ensure the smooth running of the program, including staff salaries, office supplies, and technology infrastructure.
